ETAF Director Sven Benthaus gives several presentations on new standards and approaches of disaster victim identification, underlining that team training on international standards is key to successful identification after terrorist attacks and other man made or natural disasters. Having one or several trained teams ready for immediate deployment should be a national imperative.
